Another smoothie recipe!
Into the blender;
100g peaches (I used tinned in juice-not syrup)
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup milk (I used lactose free skim, you can use oat, rice, soy, anything)
Give it a whirl until all blended and smooth. Pour into a glass, enjoy :)
